1. How can we know these are really lead-free and food-grade?
--Our glass materials include common, high white, and crystal white, all of which meet food-grade and lead-free standards. We have passed stringent food-grade tests, ensuring safety and quality.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality? Do you offer free samples?
--Yes, we provide free samples. You can place a direct trade assurance order. The only cost to you is the freight, which is refundable upon order placement. Alternatively, if you have a courier account, we can arrange for sample collection.
3. How about the safe packaging and handling of defective/broken items?
--For small orders or samples, we use bubble bags or foam packing individually. Customers have reported no damage issues for small orders.
--For large container orders, we offer standard export pallet packages or paper cartons with safe egg packing. Customized gift boxes are also available.
--Accessories like caps are packaged separately to prevent damage. We ensure a broken rate of under 0.2%.
--Any defective or broken bottles will be compensated in your next order at no additional cost.
4. What surface finishing options do you support? Can we add our logo?
--Absolutely! We can apply your logo and support various decoration techniques such as firing, screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, and label printing.
--Printing colors can be customized according to PANTONE color numbers.
5. How about the sealing?
For glass jars, we offer glass lids, plastic caps, and metal caps, all designed to fit perfectly and seal securely. A food-grade rubber strip under the lid ensures a tight seal, compliant with EU export standards. The lids are easy to screw on and off with a simple twist.
6. What about the lead time?
--Samples will be shipped within 12-24 hours upon payment receipt.
--Small orders will be delivered within 7-10 days after payment receipt.
--Large quantity orders will be delivered within 20-25 days.
